Towing FAQ
Can you tow to a shop that's closed?
Many shops have after-hours drop areas. We'll confirm with you, photograph the vehicle at drop-off, and leave keys only where the shop allows.
Do I need to be with the vehicle?
It's best, but not always required. If you can't be there, we'll need authorization, proof that you own or are authorized to move the vehicle, and access to the keys.
Can you tow out of a parking garage?
Yes. Tell dispatch the clearance height so we send a low-profile wheel-lift truck or move the vehicle to a flatbed outside.
